Payment & Shipping

MODES OF PAYMENT:

  1. All major debit and credit cards are accepted for domestic deliveries
  2. Netbanking option is provided for most major banks for domestic deliveries only
  3. Online verification and authorization of payment is enabled through PayUMoney payment gateway.
  4. Payment is also accepted through bank wire transfer. Details of bank account will be displayed if that option is selected during checkout.
  5. For all international transactions, we only accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express)
  6. Kindly Note: All international payments are accepted via PAYUMONEY payment gateway through credit cards only

SHIPPING:

  1. It takes about 7-10 business days to process the order at our warehouse in Gurugram and ship the package. In case the product ordered is under production, the processing time may be longer. In such cases, you will be informed by email.
  2. Shipping rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed at the time of checkout when the shipping address is provided
  3. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including PIN and a contact number to ensure faster delivery.
  4. Within India, orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  1. All orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse to the mentioned shipping address via DTDC ( Express Shipping) , FED EX / Speed Post( Standard Shipping). Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied at the time of port entry. These charges vary based on the destination country and hence can not be calculated beforehand. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional charges directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
  2. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size & volume, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
  3. International orders are delivered between 20-25 business days.
  4. we are not liable for custom clearance. 

 TRACKING PACKAGE

  1. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.
